Our Story

Reads was founded in 2017, initially working with smaller developers to grow their business through a bespoke approach to land sourcing, property sales and development launches.

From the outset, our focus has been on presenting property as a lifestyle, not just a product, using carefully considered marketing, furniture rental and tailored launch strategies to connect homes with the right buyers.

As the business has grown, this approach has naturally extended into the resale market across Surrey and London, where we continue to offer the same level of care, presentation and attention to detail for individual properties.

Alongside sales, increasing demand from both developers and private clients has led to the expansion of our services into lettings and property management. We now offer a more hands-on, tailored approach, including concierge-style support for landlords with investment portfolios or part-time homes.

Today, Reads provides a complete property service, from development and sales through to lettings, management and ongoing asset oversight.
