Initial Appointment
Every property has a story and we can help to tell yours. We will carry out a valuation on your property, but we will also find out more about your expectations, your intentions and your priorities. The more we find out at this early stage, the smoother we can make the sale of your property. We will also draft a proposal for any home staging / tweaking if required.
Instruction & Marketing
We are experienced and creative marketing specialists with a desire to showcase the lifestyle of your home as well as the technical elements your property. We will prepare bespoke and beautiful marketing for your home. We will ask you to fill out a my home questionnaire which will enable us to be a “mini you” whilst on the telephone to buyers and at the viewings.We can create videos, plan an event at your home and create a social media campaign to showcase your property to buyers.
Preparing your Home
Once we have set the asking price, organised any home staging / tweaks needed to your home we will arrange for our interiors photographer, EPC and floorplans at a time to suit you. Just as we would with any new build home we need to sell the lifestyle your buyers will be looking for. Whether we are selling a £20 million estate or a £200,000 apartment we take care to style and present it beautifully. Your home will be on all major property portals, across the internet and on social media and sent to a database of potential buyers.
The Launch
Finally its time to launch….. For the viewings we arrive early and make sure the atmosphere is just right; lights on and scented candles lit. We are here to greet the buyers into your home with a very warm welcome. With our “My Home” questionnaire to hand we will be ready to answer any question needed from the buyers. We will show your home off better than even you could because it is our passion.
We are available to carry out viewings on evenings and weekends at your convenience.
