The Granary briefly comprises a large studio room which offers separate living, dining, working and sleeping areas, a separate kitchenette complete with a built-in undercounter fridge / freezer, table top oven and grill, two ring hob and a breakfast bar. As a furnished rental this would include kettle, toaster, cups, cutlery, plates and all bedding etc. There is also a generously sized shower room.

Access to the private decked patio area for sunnier days is via double doors from the studio, perhaps for an alfresco breakfast complete with stunning views over the garden. There is one allocated parking space.

The Granary at Quickset Barn is set in a private road in the village of Fetcham, offering the convenience of village life within easy reach of the beautiful North Downs and Box Hill Countryside and within easy reach of Leatherhead, Cobham and Bookham.
